Dr. Eric Avery, PT, DPT
Founder, Owner, Physical Therapist

Dr. Eric Avery, PT, DPT has been practicing the Art and Science of Physical Therapy since 2003 and is the founder and creator of The Tr.uCore Method. Dr. Avery graduated with his Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 2002 and Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2003.

Dr. Avery has taken the profession to new places in the mobile PT arena, chronic pain practices, and now in the development of Tr.uCore.

Dr. Avery’s passion in life is to help all find their WHY behind their pain or functional limitations (inabilities to do things physically). Dr. Avery is constantly learning and has logged over 500 Hours in chronic pain education. He has also studied pain theory and mindfulness practices to help his clients find success in all their wellness goals. His Tr.uCore classes include Tr.uCore Foundations and Theraband Fitness.
