Tr.uCore Foundations educates members on what Tr.uCore is and shows how to engage Tr.uCore effectively. It includes personalized assessment to assure members are accessing Tr.uCore efficiently. Additionally, Tr.uCore Foundations incorporates self-assessment techniques to help you use Tr.uCore techniques to improve functional activities such as exercise. All members are encouraged to start here to assure maximum results from the Tr.uCore method.
Tr.uCore Beginner Yoga is a great introduction to the practice of yoga. You will be guided through classic yoga postures, learn proper alignment, breath practices and Tr.uCore engagement techniques.
Tr.uCore Hatha Yoga helps balance mind and body through postural alignment, breathwork and classic Hatha Yoga postures that build strength and create flexibility. Tr.uCore techniques are cued throughout the class to enhance your practice.
Tr.uCore Vinayasa Yoga focuses on moving the body thoughtfully through yoga poses in synchronicity with the breath. Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” Experience warrior poses, balancing, stretching, and movement with your breath. All levels are welcome, and options for modified movement can be offered during class.
Tr.uCore Meditation & Movement works on strength and stability from the inside out by pairing yoga with meditation techniques. This class gets to our deepest levels…..physically with Tr.uCore and mentally through calming the thought-waves of the mind.
Tr.uCore Meditation uses breathwork and other techniques to establish focus and quiet the mind. You will also learn how to use the Tr.uCore Method to find a comfortable and supportive seated posture for your meditation practice .
Tr.uCore Yin Yoga gently stretches specific muscle groups through long holds. This leads to longer lasting results than a stretch that is held briefly. This class also incorporates Tr.uCore strengthening, making it a balanced yoga practice.
Tr.uCore Resistance Band Training uses Tr.uCore techniques to stabilize the body while strengthening other muscle groups with resistance bands.
Tr.uCore Stretch & Strengthen combines stretches, breathwork and resistance bands. You’ll stretch tight areas while strengthening the core and other muscle groups. The result is a class that leaves you feeling relaxed and accomplished.
